  • December 2015 - Present
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AT SAN FRANCISCO:
  • Began as a Volunteer Assistant and was promoted to Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator in June 2018…Improved the Dons national scoring rank from 195th in 2017 to 79th in 2018, and 46th in 2019.
  • Coached three of the most prolific scorers in USF history: Samantha Jehnings (2nd all-time), Sonja Giraud (7th all-time), and Miciah Madison (10th all-time)… Jehnings and Madison earned All-Conference and All-Region honors during his tenure, while Giraud went on to play in the German Bundesliga.
  • In 2019, the team had three players with seven or more goals, a feat last accomplished in 1994…USF also had two active players in the top-10 in goals scored for the first time since 1994.
  • Helped bring in three players who were named to the WCC All-Freshman Team: Keely Roy (2019), Karley Weeks, and Catherine Hill (2018).
  • Leads film analysis and individual performance reviews, utilizing GPS vests, heart rate monitors, and advanced video clipping technology.
OTHER CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Began his coaching career in 2011 with Fram Soccer Club, where he spent six years and eventually became the Girls Youth Director.
  • From 2011 to 2016, he was on staff with the Southern California Olympic Development Program, winning two US Youth Soccer National Championships and five Regional Championships.
  • Assistant coach for Caltech men’s soccer from 2014 to 2015 and briefly served as a Volunteer Assistant with Marymount California University women’s soccer.
  • Served as a USYS West Region Olympic Program Staff Coach and Scout since April 2016.
  • Coached at the San Francisco Elite Academy since January 2016, working with top youth talent in the Bay Area.
  • Coached with the men’s semi-professional team San Francisco City FC in USL League 2 in 2018.
PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS:
  • During his collegiate playing career, he helped USAO earn a No. 5 national NAIA ranking, win a Sooner Athletic Conference title, and finish as a regional tournament runner-up.
  • Played for Ventura County Fusion and Doxa Italia after college.
  • Competed in the English Football League, playing for Tamworth FC in the EFL National League.
OTHER NOTABLES:
  • Born and raised in Nottingham, England.
  • Currently lives in San Francisco with his wife, Vidya.
