SAN FRANCISCO – Entering his 20^th year as head coach, Nino Giarratano is pleased to announce the signing of Breck Eichelberger (Snow Canyon/St. George, Utah), Harris Williams (Denver North/Denver, Colo.), Kasey Koppelmaa (Chatfield/Littleton, Colo.) and Matthew Mendibles (Yavapai College/Prescott Valley, Ariz.) to a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of San Francisco for the 2018-19 year.
 
Last week we highlighted Snow Canyon's Breck Eichelberger, and now we turn our attention to incoming outfielder, Harris Williams, from the Denver North High School. During 2017, Williams boasted a .485 batting average, including three homeruns, 10 doubles and 15 RBIs. He tallied nine stolen bases, and an impressive 1.000 fielding percentage.  
 
"We are very excited to have signed a wonderful student athlete in Harris Williams III. He is a 4.12 student that can really hit a baseball," said Giarratano. "This will give him a chance to make a great impact on our program in the classroom and on the field. We welcome Harris and his entire family to our wonderful University."
 
"Harris Williams is a high energy, passionate, and pure hitter that drives the ball all over the field with doubles power," said Colorado Slammers' head coach Billy Martin. "Harris is an outstanding young man and a very hard worker. It has been a true blessing for me to be a part of his life."
 
Williams is one of two commits that will be coming from the state of Colorado along with left-handed pitcher, Kasey Koppelmaa.
