Leroy Hogg, Jr. was one of the top rebounders his freshman year with the Dons. His shooting ability is more than adequate and he ball hawks with the best (USFFoghorn). He graduated with Bachelors in Government, and played for four seasons with the Dons. 

Hogg, Jr. was the son of Leroy Hogg, who was a Master Sergeant in the Army and had been stationed in several countries including North Africa, Italy, and the Philippines, and in 1962, at the Presidio in San Francisco, California. He retired and worked at the San Francisco Youth Guidance Center as a counselor where he mentored young men.
