2021 (SENIOR) AT GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY
  • Made seven starts and several pinch-hit appearances, netting four hits.
  • Hit a two-out, two-run double late in the game to give the Lopes breathing room in a win over UT Rio Grande Valley on March 13.
2020 (JUNIOR)
  • Started 15 of the season's 18 games in his inaugural season in the GCU uniform.
  • Hit four home runs — second-most on team — including in back-to-back-to-back games against Oklahoma State, Oregon and CSUN.
  • Had four RBIs in series-clinching win over Oklahoma State on opening weekend and had three more RBIs two days later in an extra-inning win over Oregon.
At PHOENIX COLLEGE, AZ
  • Led the Bears with a .320 batting average as a sophomore in 2019. Had 27 RBIs and 18 extra-base hits.
  • Tied for 10th nationally with six triples.
  • Had 14 multi-hit games.
AT USF (2018): Appeared in 11 games for the Dons in 2018, picking up a pair of hits and walking three times. Transferred out.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Coronado High School…earned First Team All-District honors, 1-6A Offensive MVP in his senior season, while being the first inductee into the Coronado baseball Wall of Fame…earned First Team All-District honors in his freshman and sophomore season…in his sophomore year he was first in batting average (.545) and third in home runs (8) in Texas…set a school record in district batting average (.600). Two-time All-State selection (2016 and 2017), two-time All-City pick (2016 and 2017), four-year All-District honoree, and 2014 Newcomer of the Year. Hit a walk-off home run to clinch the district for the first time in 20 years as a sophomore.

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 24, 1997…parents are Mark and Dana Grissom…has two older brothers (Demitri and Dante)…majoring in business while at USF and wants to be a Sports Agent after completing his degree.
