Career Highlights: Three-sport athlete at USF; Crew Team Captain

Biography: Dooling participated in three sports on the Hilltop as he played baseball and golf and also rowed on the crew team. He was the captain of the crew team. 

Why Dooling Chose USF: "I chose USF because my father graduated from USF and it was close to home, and I was awarded the Harney Scholarship."

Favorite USF Memories: "I was also on the crew team, and I remember rowing in the Oakland Estuary while dodging various boats and ships. I recall playing Stanford in baseball at Sunken Diamond, which was really fun. I also got to bat against Mark Langston (future big leaguer) and was hit by a pitch."     

The USF Student-Athlete Experience: "The lifelong friendships truly stand out."

Life After USF: Dooling is a partner/shareholder with law firm Ropers, Majeski (Construction, Real Estate & Professional Liability). He owned and operated Dooley's Pub in San Francisco's Marina District from 1990 to 1996. Born February 5, 1962 and brother to Matt Dowling, another USF athlete.
