(San Francisco) – San Francisco women's golf sits in eighth place after two rounds of the 2012 Anteater Invitational Monday at the Dove Canyon Country Club. The Dons look to for a strong finish in Tuesday's final round on the par-71 course playing at 5,911 yards.

Freshman Bethany Garton leads USF at 154 (80, 74), good for a share of 23rd place. Freshman Michelle Condry (77, 80) and sophomore Victoria House (76, 81) share 36th place. UC Riverside's Amelia Ek (73, 72) and Washington State's Lindsay Harmon (74, 71) share the individual lead at three-over 145.

Washington State is the leader after 36-holes at 596 (299, 297), followed closely by Brigham Young at 598 (301, 297). USF shot a 627 (311, 316). Despite trailing the WCC-rival Cougars, the Dons own a 14-shot lead against longtime rival Santa Clara.

Final round of the 2011 Anteater Invitational gets under way with a 8:30 AM shotgun start on Tuesday.
