Final Team and Individual ResultsVENTURA, Calif. -- USF settled for a fourth place finish at the WCC Championships following a final round 322 (+34) on Wednesday at the Saticoy Country Club.
The Dons entered the the final round tied for second place four strokes off the lead but faded to fourth following their highest round of the tournament.
Pepperdine overtook Pacific to claim the team title with a winning score of 910 (+46) after the Waves posted a final round 309 to the Tigers' 316 on Wednesday. Saint Mary's (917) shot a final round 311 to slip into third place ahead of USF while defending champion BYU finished fifth at 925.
Pepperdine's Cody McManus won the indivdual title by one stroke over Byron Meth of Pacific, after the defending champion squandered a three-stroke lead over the final three holes to finish at 221. McManus played the last three holes even par to finish with a 74 and claimed the title after Meth made a double bogey on his 16th hole followed by two bogeys to close with a 77.
Senior
Jobim Carlos, who began the day tied for second place two strokes off the pace, slipped into a tie for fourth following a final round 81 which left hm at 227 (+11) for the tournament.
Sebastian Crookall-Nixon earned a share of fourth place with a final round 75, which was the second lowest score of the day in windy conditions on the demanding Saticoy layout.
Jalen Griffin tied for 16th place at 233 (+17) after a final round 82 left him at 233 (+17) for the three days. The freshman had an uphill battle all day following a quadruple bogey on the par-5 14th hole, his fifth of the day.
Max Alcorn's final round 84 left him tied for 26th at 236 (+20).

Emil Liljeroth was unable to compete due to an injury.
