USF men's tennis team will return to actionÂ
on Saturday as the Dons play host to the Saint Mary's Gaels in a West Coast Conference match at the Cal Club. First serve is set forÂ

The Dons, 10-7 overall and 3-3 in conference play, are coming off a 4-2 over Loyola Marymount on its home court last Saturday, the team's fifth win in six home matches this season. A win over the Gaels would move the Dons over the .500 mark in conference play as teams jockey for position in the upcoming West Coast Conference Championships in San Diego.

"The guys are really hungry for this weekends match and want to create momentum going into the last two weeks of the season," said head coach Pablo Pires  de Almeida. "They are feeling good about the LMU win but know that they could have done a better job in doubles. I look forward to seeing them really come out with a lot of energy and aggressive play against Saint Mary's."Â

USF posted a thrilling 4-3 victory over Saint Mary's last season in Moraga, with
Bernardo Saraiva providing the winning point with a 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (6-0) victory in the deciding match.

USF will return to actionÂ
on Tuesday when the Dons travel to Stanford to face the Cardinal, which is ranked 36
th heading into its matches this weekend against USC and UCLA. The Dons will wrap up WCC play next weekend when they play host to GonzagaÂ
on Friday and PortlandÂ
Saturday.
