All-Time Dons Roster: Small Forward Results

The votes are in and an overwhelming majority of you voted for two guys to make the roster for Small Forward.  There were also several write-in votes for one specific player who will be nominated later this week for a different position.  The lines between power forward, small forward and shooting guard are kind of blurry.

With that said, taking home nearly 60 percent of the votes, and earning the starting nod alongside Bill Russell and James Hardy, is Joe Ellis.  Ellis took home 59.57 percent of the votes, narrowly edging out Mike Farmer for the starting nod. Farmer earns his place on the All-Dons roster after taking home 48.94 percent of the votes.

Taking the third most votes and a place on the All-Time Roster is Joel DeBartoli.  DeBartoli garnered 29.79 percent of the votes, just four votes ahead of fourth place finisher Hakeem Ward.  DeBartoli, who played on the Hilltop from 1987-90, becomes the first player on this list to finish his career with a losing record.

Missing the cut was Ward with 21.28 percent of the votes, followed by Angelo Caloiaro and Ed Thomas with 10.64 percent of the votes, and John Hegwood took home 6.38 percent of the votes.
