SAN FRANCISCO – The University of San Francisco's women's tennis team came up short in its West Coast Conference opener, falling to Saint Mary's 4-0 in Saturday afternoon's matchup at the Olympic Club.

Shanna Dos Santos, 6-3.
Singles competition was not in San Francisco's (7-6, 0-1 WCC) favor Saturday afternoon, after the Gaels' collected three singles wins at the No. 6, 3, and 1 spots.

Mya Bui fell to their opponents in straight sets.
San Francisco (7-6, 0-1 WCC) will continue conference play on Monday, March 25 against Pacific at the San Francisco Bay Club at 10 am.
