COACH'S QUOTE:
"The match was really hard fought and it came down to the very end.
Emily Maxfield did a good job winning her match and getting the team some momentum. Senior
Shanna Dos Santos was next gatherIng a win at #6. Both
Hanna Borjeson and
Margarita Treyes did great jobs splitting sets with their opponents and giving our team an opportunity to win the match. We left it on the court and although it didn't go our way it was our seniors who put us in a position to win and laid it out there."
"We started the day with a nice celebration honoring the seniors. What a great job they have done representing the program and trying to bring the standard up over the years. It's been a pleasure coaching them and mentioning them through this process."
