SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- After a one match stop on the road, the USF Dons men's tennis team (7-6) is back on their home courts to kick off WCC play as they will take on the Pacific Tigers (3-10) on Friday and the Saint Mary's Gaels (3-8) on Saturday morning at the Goldman Tennis Center in SF.
The Dons dropped their lone match earlier this week as they fell 6-1 to the Stanford Cardinal in Palo Alto. Friday's meeting will be the first time the Tigers and Dons will have competed this season, and the first time since 2019 when UOP won on their home courts in Stockton.
USF fell just short in their last match with the Gaels as the two WCC schools battled at the Sacramento State Tournament. San Francisco leads the all-time series with the Gaels 12-10 but haven't defeated the team in Moraga since the 2018 spring season.
