SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif - After recording a win and a loss in Texas last week, the University of San Francisco's women's tennis team (2-3) are back on the road for a lone game in San Luis Obispo this weekend. They will face the Cal Poly Mustangs (1-3) on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mustang Tennis Complex.
In their most recent pair of matches, the Dons battled hard against TCU last Saturday, but ultimately fell 6-1 with Arianna Capogrosso getting an individual singles victory to put USF on the scoreboard. Bouncing back the next day, the Dons were able to collect a 6-1 win against Abilene Christian last Sunday. Hana Gamracy and Caragh Courtney were a dynamic duo finishing with a 6-2 victory in their doubles game. As a team, USF won two out of the three games in doubles and five out of six of the singles matches played.
