LA QUINTA, Calif. – Set to compete in this tournament for the second year in a row, the University of San Francisco men's golf team will return to the Palm Springs area to begin the week as the Dons are ready to participate in The Prestige, which is co-hosted by Stanford and UC Davis at Greg Norman Course at PGA West.

DONS AT A GLANCE:

• Earlier this month, USF went undefeated at the Wyoming World Match Play Championship on Feb. 10 + 11 as the Dons defeated Boise State and Wyoming at Classic Club Golf Course in Palm Springs.
• Competing in this event for the second straight year, the Dons battled gusty winds and sandstorms throughout their three rounds last spring as they tied for eighteenth overall as a team. Leading the way, Matthew Anderson tied for 21^st overall with a 9-over-222 while Toby Briggs tied for 33^rd with an 11-over-224.
• Playing against a field of 23 other teams, USF will be squaring off against some of the top talent in the nation as Texas Tech (3), Stanford (6), Pepperdine (15), Baylor (21) and Colorado State (22) all rank in the top 25 of Golfstat's NCAA Division I Team Rankings as of Sunday, Feb. 19.
