Easley Earns Second WCC Offensive Player of the Week Award in Three Weeks

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference officially announced on Monday afternoon that Isaiah Easley, a forward for San Francisco, has been named WCC Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 7.

For Easley, this honor marks his second Offensive Player of the Week award in three weeks after earning his first honor on Sept. 30.

Continuing to find his form as the season moves along, Isaiah Easley had another strong week for San Francisco. Beginning on Wednesday, Oct. 9, the Clemson transfer recorded his team-leading third goal of the season in San Francisco's 3-2 comeback win at Gonzaga, which also proved to be the game-winner. Notably, the forward finished with a game-high 4 shots, 3 of which came on frame (game-high). Additionally, he also added his second assist of the fall on Brayden Beason's goal in the 75th minute.

On Sunday, Oct. 13 against Portland, Easley fired three more shots as he was one of seven Dons to record two or more shots against the Pilots. Overall, his 27 shots on the season are good for second in the West Coast Conference at the conclusion of the week. Additionally, he is also tied for third in the WCC with 11 shots on goal.

For San Francisco, this marks the second Player of the Week honor this season.
