SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The University of San Francisco volleyball team (2-13, 0-5) dropped a straight-set West Coast Conference decision at Santa Clara (8-8, 3-2) Thursday evening at Leavey Center.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
- San Francisco fell behind early in the opening frame and dropped a hard-fought first set, 25-16. The green and gold trailed by as many as 12 points as Santa Clara grabbed the advantage for good at 3-2.
- A 25-14 set-two loss put San Francisco in a 2-0 deficit in the match. The Broncos led for the entire frame as the Dons fell behind on the first point, with the Broncos grabbing a 7-2 advantage following the first nine points.
- San Francisco failed to prolong the match and lost in the third and final set. The Dons dropped the set 25-21 despite a solid showing on the attacking end. The team registered a .344 attack percentage with 13 kills in the set loss.
