Women's Golf Releases 2025-26 Schedule

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco women's golf team and Head Coach Sara Doell have announced the schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 season.

"We have set a solid schedule for the fall, travelling to four different states," Doell said. "With five underclassmen and only three upperclassmen on our roster, I think we have a chance to focus on the process this year. Our vision is to keep things simple, focus on the fundamentals, to have fun, and represent the program with pride."

Following a successful 2024 season, San Francisco claimed five top-five team finishes, highlighted by a first-place finish at The Clash at Boulder Creek. Five members from last season's roster return for the upcoming campaign, including Eva Pett, who posted her first-ever individual title at The Clash of Boulder Creek while leading the green and gold to a near wire-to-wire first-place team finish.

Beginning the 2025-26 fall season in the Pacific Northwest, San Francisco opens at the Leadership and Golf Invitational on September 15-16. Participating in the two-day event at Chamber's Bay Golf Course, hosted by Seattle U and Washington, for the third straight season, the Dons claimed a tie for ninth in 2024-25.

Following a week off from competition, the program travels to Denver, Colo., to compete in the Ron Moore Intercollegiate on October 3-5 at the University of Denver Golf Club at Highlands Ranch. The Dons earned a third-place finish the last time the program competed in the Ron Moore Intercollegiate during the 2021-22 season.

The Dons return to the Bay on October 17-19 to compete in the Stanford Intercollegiate on October 17-19 before closing the first half of the schedule on October 27-28 at The Clash at Boulder Creek.

San Francisco remains on the West Coast for the final five tournaments of the season, beginning with The Causeway Invitational, hosted by UC Davis, on February 23-24, at Del Paso Country Club. The program heads south to Fresno the following week when it participates in the Fresno State Classic on March 2-3 at Fort Washington Country Club.

The spring season will also feature a co-hosted tournament with San Jose State when the program competes in the Juli Inkster Invitational at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco on March 9-10.

Along with its co-hosted home tournament, the green and gold will participate in two additional local events to conclude the regular season at the Silicon Valley Showcase on March 30-31 and the Chevron Silverado Showdown on April 6-8.

Postseason play begins on April 25-27, when the program travels north to Fairfield, Calif., to compete in the West Coast Conference Championship at Green Valley Country Club.
