WCC Releases 2025-26 Men's Basketball Conference Weekly Matchup Schedule

SAN BRUNO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference (WCC) unveiled its 2025-26 men's basketball weekly conference matchup schedule on Friday morning.

The West Coast Conference has adopted a new scheduling format for men's basketball that includes conference games primarily contested on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and date flexibility with national television partners to provide more national exposure for the conference on additional days of the week. The 2025-26 schedule includes conference games on as many as five days in a given week after the first three weeks. Weekday games will be played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, and weekend games will be played on Saturdays or Sundays. The conference matchup schedule of weekday and weekend games includes a select number of contests that have been assigned to specific dates for national broadcast opportunities. The full schedule of game dates along with broadcast information will be announced later this fall, following the completion of national television selections with the conference's partners, ESPN and CBS Sports Network.

Each of the 12 programs will play seven home-and-away series with two only-home opponents and two only-away opponents to make up the 18-game schedule. Conference play is slated to begin on Sunday, Dec. 28, and will conclude on Saturday, Feb. 28. The University of San Francisco (USF) will start its conference slate against new WCC member Seattle U on the road on Dec. 28. USF will also battle Gonzaga on Feb. 18 in front of a national audience on ESPN.

The 2026 Credit Union 1 West Coast Conference Basketball Championship returns to Orleans Arena in Las Vegas for the 18th consecutive year. The 12-team tournament will be held from March 5-10, 2026.

Exact dates, tip-off times, and broadcast details for the 2025-26 season will be announced at a later date. The most up-to-date 2025-26 San Francisco men's basketball schedule can be viewed here.
