BOSTON, Mass. - The University of San Francisco (1-3-1) women's soccer team concluded its East Coast road trip Sunday afternoon, falling to Boston U (2-3), 3-1, at Nickerson Field.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
- San Francisco opened the scoring at 29:20 when Alicia Oseguedua found the upper right corner for her second goal of the season, with Sydni Yoshida and Hannah Burns picking up assists on the play.
- Just over one minute later, Boston U responded as Kat Slott scored at 30:22 following an assist from Elle Ceres, sending the teams into halftime even at 1-1.
- The Terriers took their first lead of the afternoon at 54:39, when Samantha Ryan scored off assists from Georgia Prouty and Nina Tzouganatos to make it 2-1.
- San Francisco continued to search for the equalizer in the second half, with Osegueda, Eve Barry, Kiana Faucette, Clare Jones, Alyssa Jurado, and Shanti Ng each recording shots in the period.
