2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt.

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Collected her first All-America Honorable Mention selection after qualifying for the 2012 NCAA National Championships... 2012 NCAA finalist in 1500m... made program history with a school record of 4:18.34 in the 1500m, finishing ninth in heat one of her first appearance at nationals... earned a spot in the 2012 NCAA Track & Field West Preliminary Round in the 1500 meters... ran two personal best times for the Dons this season, 4:46.69 in the mile at the UW Indoor Invitational (1/28) and 9:36.89 in the 3000m at the Husky Classic (2/11)... ran a season best 2:11.71 in the 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/28).

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for the Dons… finished 18th at the prestigious Toledo Bubble Buster in 13:56 (4k)... repeated on All-West Coast Conference First Team (5th in personal best 20:54)... finished 32nd at NCAA West Regionals (21:08) and was 87th at NCAA Nationals (21:10).

2011 TRACK & FIELD: Followed up a stellar cross country season by qualifying for the NCAA Regionals in the 1500m where she ran 4:25.91 to post the 30th best time out of 48 athletes in the event… NCAA qualifying time of 4:24.67, also a career-best, came at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/23)… was one of only six freshman that advanced to the NCAA Regionals in the 1500m… ran in 13 races for the Dons in the middle distance events of the 800m, mile and 1500m and was part of USF’s 4X400 team at the West Coast Individual Championships … ran the Dons’ second-fastest 800m of the season at the Payton Jordan/Cardinal Qualifier with a 2:10.22 (5/1)… won the 800m at the Cal Opener (3/5), Aggie Open (3/12) and Johnny Mathis Invitational (4/2).

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished seventh at the West Coast Conference Championships in a personal best time of 21:25... named first-team All-West Coast Conference... was 11th at the San Francisco Invitational... finished in the top 100 at the prestigious Pre-National Meet... ended the season with a personal best 21:24 for 62nd at the NCAA Western Regionals... ran in five races for the Dons.

2010 TRACK & FIELD: Redshirt.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a personal best of 17:57.37 to finish 48th at the Dellinger Invitational... finished 44th in 23:33 at the WCC Championships.

PREP CAREER: Four-time Washington state cross country qualifier... member of 2006 Sqaulicum State cross country championship team... finished eighth in 19:06 at the 2A Washington State Cross Country Championships... 2008 2A Washington State Champ at 800m... runner-up at 800m in the 2009 2A Washington State Track Championships... was a 2009 USATF Junior National finalist at 800m... owns prep bests of 58.74 for 400m, 2:11.45 for 800m and 4:32.59 for 1500m... earned 2007 Cross Country Academic Team honor.
