2018 Track & Field: Competed at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing 40th in the semifinal round of the competition…set a personal best in the 3,000m steeplechase, posting a mark of 8:55.34 at the Portland Twilight (May 12) to finish third…picked up a season-best mark in the 1,500 meters at the Sac State Open (May 5) with his time of 3:53.19 to finish fifth…posted a mark of 8:57.87 at the SF State Distance Cardinal (Mar. 31) to finish  third overall…also competed in the indoor season in the 3,000 meters.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in four races for the Dons...finished in the top 10 in three races...placed 1st at the USF Invitational with a time of 25:21...was the first Don to cross the line at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing 7th with a time of 25:17...raced to a season-best 8K time of 23:34.2 at the WCC Championship where he finished 8th, earning All-West Coast Conference honors...at the Regionals he placed 34th with a 10K time of 30:15.1...earned WCC All-Academic honors.

2017 Track & Field: Competed in the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, taking 38th in the quarterfinal round … raced to a sub-nine time in the steeplechase at the SF State Distance Carnival on March 31, recording a personal best of 8:57.77 to finish sixth … picked up a season-best mark of 3:52.92 in the 1,500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 14 … placed ninth in the steeple with a time of 8:58.17 at the Oxy Invitational on May 6 … also competed twice in the indoor season in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all five meets of the season for the Dons … raced to a season-best 8K time of 25:02.1 at the USF Invitational on Sept. 3 to finish 15th individually and help the Dons to a second place team finish … earned 20th with a time of 25:14.2 at the WCC Championships on Oct. 28 as the third Don to cross the line at the meet … with a 10K mark of 30:28.5, was the second USF runner to cross the line at the NCAA West Regionals on Nov. 11 helping the team to eighth - its best-ever regional finish … the 10K time was the third-fastest by a Don during the 2016 campaign … also competed at the Griak Invitational and Pre-Nationals, earning points for USF in each meet ... selected to the WCC All-Academic team.

2016 Track & Field: Competed for the Dons nine times, in five different disciplines … ran the mile in 4:11.26 at the Washington Indoor Invitational on Jan. 30 to take second … finished third with a season-best time of 8:21.16 in the 3,000 m at the UW Husky Classic on Feb. 13 … took eighth in the 1,500 meters at the Hornet Open on March 19, finishing in 3:51.84 … raced to a collegiate-best time of 9:02.61 in the 3,000 m steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 15 … closed the year with a fourth place finish and a mark of 14:42.60 in the 5,000 m at the West Coast Last Chance on May 14.

2015 Track & Field: Competed in eight meets in 2015, racing in the 1,500 m, 3,000 m Steeplechase and 5,000 m...Best marks: 3,000 m SC (9:03.13; Mt. SAC Invitational), 5,000 m (14:46.99; West Coast Last Chance). 

High School and Personal: Varsity team captain of the Seagulls cross country and track team ... 2014 PSAL cross country champion ... 2014 Wingate Award winner ... three-time state competitor in cross country ... earned a place at indoor and outdoor state track as a junior and senior ... member of the National Honor Society ... winner of the Time Warner NY1 scholar-athlete award ... majoring in architecture and community design ... son of Wahdah Alzandani and Ahmed Aziz ... born Oct. 28, 1995, in Sana'a, Yemen ... enjoys playing ping pong and ultimate frisbee in his free time.
