2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets for the Dons...was the 3rd fastest runner twice for USF, running a 13:34.2 at the Toledo Inter-Regional Bubble Buster 4k (9/21) and then running a 20:54 at the Adidas Wisconsin Invitational 6k (10/12)...finished 5th for the Green and Gold and 10th overall at the West Coast Conference Championships 6k running a time of 20:53, helping the team secure 1st place overall in the meet (10/27).

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Ran three personal best times for the Dons this season, 4:42.27 in the 1500m at the Hornet Open, 9:45.98 in the 3000m at the Last Chance Indoor Qualifier (3/3) and 16:57.98 in the 5000m at the Husky Classic (2/10)... won 3000m at Cal Opener and 1500m at Aggie Open.  

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran five races for the Dons… All-West Coast Conference First Team (6th) in 21:06 (6k) at the WCC Championship... recorded personal best of 21:04 (6k) at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational... finished 39th at NCAA West Regionals in 21:18 (6k)... was 117th at NCAA Nationals in 21:24 (6k).

2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran five times in four different events… opened the season in the 3000m with a 10:40.35 at the Cal Opener (3/5)… ran a 11:05.57 in a two-mile race at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (3/25)… finished a 1500m in 4:45.22 at the Woody Wilson Invitational (4/16)… clocked a personal best of 17:31.50 for 5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Open (4/22).

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in six races for USF... was sixth at the Hornet Jamboree 5k race... led the Dons at the Stanford Invitational in a personal best 21:53... set a new personal record of 21:28 at the Wisconsin Invitational... finished 12th at the West Coast Conference Championship in 21:42... named honorable mention All-WCC... ran 21:49 at the NCAA Western Regionals. 

2010 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four meets for the Dons… set a personal best of 17:35.60 in the 5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… won the 5000m at the Sac State Open… won the 5000m in 17:59 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 115th in 23:10.10 at the NCAA Western Region Championships... posted a personal best of 18:33.39 at the Dellinger Invitational.

PREP CAREER: Two-time Washington state finalist in cross country... placed sixth at the 2008 4A Washington State Cross Country Championships... finished second in the 3200m and fourth in the 1600m at the 2009 4A Washington State Track & Field championships... owns personal bests of 5:00.98 for 1600m and 10:37 for 3200m.

PERSONAL: Exercise and Sports Science major... parents are Tom and Marycarol Trelevan... born in August of 1990.
