2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets for the Dons...was the 3rd fastest runner twice for USF, running a 22:53 at the San Francisco State Invitational 6k (9/14) and an 18:44.51 at the Bronco Invitational 5k as the Green and Gold captured 1st place overall (10/13).
2012 TRACK & FIELD: Set a personal best time of 5:03.02 in the 1500m at the Cal All-Comers Meet.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran three races for the Dons… placed eighth at the Bronco Invitational in 18:48 (5k)... finished 12th at the San Francisco State Gator Invitational in 22:54 (6k).
PREP CAREER: Two-time California State Meet cross country qualifier… finished 40th in 18:37 at the California State Cross Country Championships in 2010… placed 47th at Footlocker West Regional... southwestern league champion in the 1600m and 3200m as a sophomore... personal bests include: 5:17 (1600m), 11:57.81(3200m) and 18:10 (cross country 5000m).
