2014 CROSS COUNTRY: Placed in the top 15 in the five of the six cross country meets in which he competed … finished third with a time of 23:35 in the Stanford Invitational, his best time on an 8k course and finish of the season … placed 12th at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 29:51 to qualify for the NCAA Cross Country National Championships … placed 215th with a time of 32:51.6 in the national championships in Terre Haute, Ind. … named WCC player of the month of September.

2014 TRACK & FIELD: Competed at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships, finishing 38th in the semifinal round of the 10,000 meters ... posted a season-best and school record in the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational on April 4, clocking in at 29:19.23 ... raced to 21st at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 5,000 meters, turning in a time of 14:23.49 on April 18 ... finished the 1,500 meters at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 3:54.24 on March 22, en route to 12th place.

2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete for the Dons - redshirt season.

2013 TRACK & FIELD: Placed 27th in the 10,000 meter semifinals at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships in Austin, Texas ... completed the race with a time of 31:12.58 ... ran a season-best 10,000 meter time of 29:48.46 at the Mt. SAC Invitational on April 18, good for 10th place ... turned in a collegiate-best 5,000 meter time of 14:19.27 at the Stanford Invitational on March 29, to take second in his section ... finished the 1,500 meters in sixth place at the Johnny Mathis Invitational, clocking in at 3:53.00.

2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for the Dons…was the top USF finisher in ever race he competed in…best finish was 5^th overall in the Bronco Invitational 8k with a time of 24:06.45, leading the Green and Gold to a 1^st place team finish (10/13)…ran a personal best time of 30:14:48 in the NCAA West Regionals 10k to lead the Dons to a 12^th place finish overall.

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Ran personal bests in 3 races, 3:51:09 in the 1500m at the Hornet Open (3/17), 8:23.88 in the 3000m at the Nor Cal Opener (3/3) and 14:42.27 in the 5000m at Stanford (4/6).

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Was the top finisher for the Dons in three of his five races... placed 12th at the Stanford Invitational at 24:23... finished 17th at the West Coast Conference Championship at 24:55... set USF records at the NCAA Regionals with a 30:09 10K time and a 26th finish.

2011 TRACK & FIELD: One of only two USF men that ran a 10000m race, finishing in 30:57.16 at the West Coast Individual Championships (5/14)…best 5000m time came in 14:46.37, which was second fastest time from a Don all season, at the Chico State Distance Carnival (4/8).

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished second at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:03, just two seconds behind the race winner... turned in an inspired run at the Stanford Invitational to lead the men's team with a 28th-place finish after running the 8k course in 24:30 to set a new USF 8k record... surpassed his own school record with a run of 24:17 at the Bronco Invitational to finish 11th... finished eighth at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 25:11.

PREP CAREER: Finished fourth at the 2009 Division I California State Division I Championships in 15:13… ran 15:02 on the Mt. Sac course… 2009-10 Anaheim Athlete of the Year… seven-time Orange League Champion in cross country and track… Orange League Athlete of Year... owns prep bests on the track of 4:18.60 and 9:22.90.
