2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Raced in three events for USF ... turned in a season-best 8K time of 25:57 at the Sac State Inter-Regional on Oct. 4.

2013 TRACK & FIELD: Competed twice for the Dons in the outdoor track season ... turned in a 3,000 meter time of 8:56.2 at the West Coast Quad on Feb. 23, to take sixth in his heat ... finished the 5,000 meters at the Aggie Open on March 9, with a time of 16:09.93 to take ninth.

2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets for the Dons…finished 9^th overall in the San Francisco State Invitational 8k with a time of 26:26, his fastest race of the year (9/14).

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Set a personal best time of 15:29.66 in the 5000m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational (3/24)... ran a season best 32:51.13 in the 10000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran five races for the Dons... personal best 26:11 at the Doc Adams Invitational (42nd).

2011 TRACK & FIELD: Competed five times for USF… ran 4:09.52 in his only 1500m race of the season at the Johnny Mathis Invitational (4/2)… turned in a 15:33.96 for 5000m at the Chico State Distance Carnival (4/8). 

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three races for the Dons.

PREP CAREER: Two-time California State qualifier in cross country… Posted personal track bests of 4:31 for 1600m and 9:43 for 3200m.

PERSONAL: Business Administration major... parents are Jim and Rebecca McManus.
