2018 Track & Field:  Competed in the USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships (Jun. 17) in the 1,500 meters, finishing 7^th…Competed in seven meets, featuring in the 800 meters and 1500 meters, while competing in the mile during the indoor season…posted a personal best in the 1,500 at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner Kersee Invite (Apr. 14) with his mark of 3:46.60…raced to a seasonal best in the 800 meters with his time of 1:53.1 at the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 31).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in two races for the Dons...finished the Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 28:35.9 to place 119th.

High School: His personal bests in the 400m is 49.6 (Centennial Invite), 800m - 1:51.36 (Dean Nice Invite), and 1500m - 3:50.52 (State Championships) ... Oregon Sports Award Male Track Athlete of the Year ... Gatorade Oregon Male Track Athlete of the Year ... OSAA Academic ... Portland Interscholastic League cross country relay record (24:49.16) ... Named to the Portland Interscholastic League first-team All-District for the sixth fastest time in 2016 (16:13.4). 

Personal: He plans to study Kinesiology while at USF ... Son of Lucy Baker and Josh Mong, has a brother, Milo ... His grandpa on his mom's side played DI football for a year as a tight end ... He enjoys listening to music.
