**Track: Competed in one outdoor meet before the season was cut short ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 5 minutes, 6.76 seconds at the Cal Opener in Berkeley, Calif. (March 7).
Cross Country: Ran in three meets for the Dons during the fall ... Ran a season-best 23:14.1 at the 2019 West Coast Conference Championship over the 6-kilometer course ... Was the Dons' No. 6 runner at the season-opening USF Invitational, finishing 74th overall in 24:40.7 ... Was also among the team's top-seven at UC Davis' inaugural Stump Invitational, finishing 74th overall in 26:13.8.
2018-19 (SOPHOMORE)
Track: Competed in three indoor meets and four outdoor meets during the track season ... During indoor season, she exclusively ran the mile, turning in a season-best time of 5 minutes, 18.57 seconds at the season-opening Crimson & Gold Invitational at Pittsburgh State (Dec. 8) ... Placed 42nd with a time of 5:35.51 at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Indoor Championships ... Ran the 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the outdoor season ... Ran a career-best 5:03.42 in the 1,500 at the Woody Wilson Classic (April 13).
Cross Country: Ran in all five of the Dons' meets in the fall … Ran among USF's top-seven all season long, primarily featuring as the Dons' No. 6 runner … Ran a season-best 6 km time of 22:08.0 on Nov. 9 at the NCAA West Region Championship in Sacramento, Calif. … Grabbed a top-50 finish (49th) at the WCC Championship on Oct. 27 in Provo, Utah, with a time of 23:12.1 … Ran 23:02.3 at the prestigious Nuttycombe Invitational at the University of Wisconsin (Sept. 28).
2017-18 (FRESHMAN)
Track: Competed in two indoor meets in 2017 in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters … Made her collegiate track and field debut at the UW Preview (Jan. 13), competing in the 3,000 meters and finishing with a time of 10:39.09 … Competed in the 5,000 meters at the UW Invitational (Jan. 27), posting a mark of 18:16.44.
Cross Country: Competed in four races for the Dons this season … Finished 12th in her first collegiate race at the USF Invitational with a time of 22:22.7 … At the WCC Championships, she posted a season-best time of 21:49.2 to finish 28th.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran three years of track and two years of cross country at Channel Islands HS … Raiders won the Pacific View League championships in 2015 and ’16, and the team earned the Ventura County cross country championship in 2016 … Tabbed as the Athlete of the Year as a senior … Took second in the 1,600 meters at the Ventura County Championships as a senior … Earned the Pacific View League title in the 1,600 and finished fourth in the CIF Southern Section Division I Finals in the 3,200 her junior season … Won the 1,600 and 3,200 at the Pacific View League championships as a sophomore … Ran a personal best in the 1,600 of 5:06.54 … Personal best time in the 3,200 is 10:30.71 … Also played two years of high school soccer.
