Fan Experience and Marketing

The USF Athletics Marketing and Fan Experience Department is focused on Dons fans. The department coordinates all promotions, ticket sales, advertising campaigns, and in-game experiences functions related to Dons Athletics.

Marketing/Promotions

The most visible functions of the marketing office are the numerous promotions and fan interaction programs implemented throughout each ticketed sport season.

The marketing office works as a liaison between sport administrators, media relations, the ticket office, and our corporate sponsors to coordinate promotions and increase the appeal of USF Athletics.

Full promotional schedules may be found on each team's schedule page or via Dons Ticket Central. 

Marketing also administers the Athletics Department's licensing and brand management.

Fan Experience

USF Athletics aims to bring the highest level of Fan Experience to all who attend Dons home games. Every home game features opportunities to participate in on-court/on-field contests. Fans may inquire about availability at the Guest Services Table, always located just inside the primary entrance gate.

Opportunities to participate in halftime scrimmages may be coordinated through group sales, and are available by contacting the USF Tickets department at USFTickets@usfca.edu.
