2017 Track & Field: Made second appearance in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships, taking 17th in the quarterfinal round … turned in a personal best time of 3:46.29 and a fifth place finish in his heat of the 1,500 meters at the Cardinal Classic on April 22 … raced to a school record in the steeplechase at the Oxy Invitational on May 6, rounding the track in 8:50.87 to cross in fourth place … finished sixth in his quarterfinal heat at NCAA Prelims on May 26, clocking in at 9:03.23 in 100 degree heat in Austin, Texas … also competed in the 1 mile and 3,000 meters during the indoor season.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all five meets for the Dons on the season … posted a season-best 8K mark of 25:03.6 at the USF Invitational to take 17th individually … finished 29th at the WCC Championships on Oct. 28 completing the course in 25:33.9 … earned points for the Dons on three occasions … WCC All-Academic honorable mention selection.

2016 Track & Field: NCAA West Preliminary Championships participant in the 3,000 meter steeplechase … posted a USF record in the 3,000 m in his first time on the track, clocking in at 8:10.44 to take 15th at the Washington Indoor Invite on Jan. 30 … raced to a school record time of 8:56.77 in the 3,000 m SC at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 15, taking 16th in the stacked field of competitors … ran a season-best time of 3:47.36 in the 1,500 m to take second at the West Coast Last Chance on May 14.

2015 Cross Country: Burst onto the scene in his first race as a Don, setting the school record at the USF Invitational with a time of 24:26.7, finishing in second overall...Placed 42nd at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing the course in 25:54...Took 87th at Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:15.3...Competed at the West Coast Conference Championships, finishing the course in 26:37.2 to take 44th place...Finished the season at the NCAA West Regionals where he took 41st with a time of 31:57.5 in the 10K meet.

High School and Personal: Enjoys listening to music, watching sports and hanging out with family in his free time...Working on earning his master's in organization and leadership...Born Jan. 25, 1994...Son of Louisa and Timothy.
