    Volunteer Assistant Sand Volleyball Coach
Evan Silberstein brings a wealth of volleyball experience to the Dons as he begins his first year as sand volleyball volunteer assistant coach in 2014.

Formerly a head coach in the USAV Aloha Region High Performance Beach Program, he has also coached many years of indoor high school volleyball, including time at national powerhouse Punahou School on Oahu and several schools in New York, where he is originally from. As a player, he competed on many professional beach circuits including the AVP and played in numerous international volleyball competitions in Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, Guam, Saipan and Israel, where he won a Gold Medal in the 2001 Macabiah Games.

He graduated with a B.A. from Arizona State and was the starting setter and captain in their nationally-ranked collegiate club program. He also holds a J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law on the campus of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
