Zhane Dikes joined the University of San Francisco Athletic Department and Development staff as Assistant Athletic Director for Development in December 2022 after spending the previous year at USF as Leadership Annual Giving Officer.
The former
student-athlete on the USF women’s basketball team, two-time record holder, and WCC champion, has returned to expand resources and support for USF students through her work in fundraising.
After retiring as a professional basketball player, Zhane worked for “The Agency” real estate company serving as the Director of Sports and Entertainment and Real Estate Agent. Zhane was recognized in 2019 as a rising star in the Bay Area’s luxury real estate market. Zhane was named Rookie Of The Year in 2019, All-Star Agent in 2020, and clinched Top Agent in 2021 for achieving the highest sales volume at The Agency, San Francisco office.
In 2021, Zhane joined the Development division at USF. Zhane was thrilled for the opportunity to immerse herself within the broader USF community to help complete the most recent and largest campaign in USF history, raising over $300M fundraising across the institution to ensure our students could achieve their goals. As a former student-athlete and proud alumna obtaining her BA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of San Francisco, Zhane is excited to join Brandon Graves in fundraising for USF Athletics.
Having played at the highest level as an athlete and now utilizing the knowledge, skills, and relationships cultivated through her time as a student at USF, Zhane is excited to help ensure the current and future student athletes at the University of San Francisco have all of the resources they need to be successful.
Zhane enjoys spending time with family, snowboarding in Lake Tahoe, and enjoying a USF win with our community.
