San Francisco, Calif.- After losing the doubles point, the Dons pushed through in singles play to claim a 5-2 win against UC Santa Barbara at the Cal Club.

James Tallman picked up the first win for the Dons against Cory Rakela, 4-6, 6-1, 6-0 to tie the match up 1-1.
Bernardo Saraiva followed suit and defeated Morgan Mays, 7-5, 6-4 to give USF the lead and increase his undefeated dual match record to 5-0.

Down the third set 5-3,
Vasco Valverde came back to win 7-5 against Teague Hamilton and gave the Dons a two point lead, 3-1.
Thomas Takemoto lost the first set 3-6, but with a never give up attitude he persevered to win his match 5-7, 7-5, against Nathan Eshmade. The winning streak continued as
Nils Skajaa defeated his fellow rival from Denmark, Tobias Galskov, 1-6, 7-5, 6-4 confirming the win for the Dons.

The Dons will head to Stockton, Calif., to participate in the UOP Invitational from February 27 to March 1.
