A total of 47 San Francisco student-athletes participated in the University's spring commencement ceremonies in May, and the time to celebrate the future while looking back at the years passed on the Hilltop were featured in this segment of the season finale of "Behind the Mask" - the show that goes beyond the game.
 
Some recent graduates reflect on that final crack of the bat, time on the court, approach on the track, and walk across the stage of St. Ignatius Church. Student-athletes from baseball, golf, track and field, sand volleyball, and tennis expressed gratitude and growth that was born from sacrifice and hard work after completing successful collegiate careers for the Dons.
 
This vignette was profiled in the final episode of the 2014-15 season, seen on Comcast SportsNet California all year long. The cable television program, produced by USF's director of creative video Katie Morgan and her team, showcases all 15 varsity sports at USF.
