Six Dons to Compete at Johnny Mathis

SAN FRANCISCO –– The USF women's track and field squad will compete at the Johnny Mathis Invitational on Saturday, hosted by San Francisco State at Cox Stadium. Representing the Dons will be JoJo Ananouko, Skylar Fenton, Eleni Fkiaras, Amy Glaser, Alia Mahuna and Gwyn Price.
Fenton and Glaser will get things going for the Green and Gold at 1 p.m., when the duo will take the starting line for the 400M race. One hour later, Ananouko, Mahuna and Price will participate in the javelin, the first time the three freshmen have all thrown this season. At 2:15 p.m., Fkiaras will race in the 400M hurdles and then Fenton and Glaser will wrap things up in the 200M at 2:30.

Following Saturday's meet, the Dons will return to action on March 5 for the Nor Cal Opener in Berkeley, the team's final meet before the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 11-12 in Birmingham, Ala.
