Â
LAST TIME OUT
San Francisco ran out to a big first-half lead and held off a late charge from visiting Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 4 to win, 71-63, in a non-conference game at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center. The Dons were back at it just 2 1/2 days after returning from an international trip over a holiday weekend in which it played three games in three days, and they didn't miss a beat.
Mikayla Williams notched her third double-double of the season (12 points, 12 rebounds) and was clutch in the fourth quarter. On four occasions in the fourth, it was Williams' points that put it back to a two-possession game after Cal State Fullerton had pulled to within three points.
