SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference announced on Tuesday morning that USF graduate student
Ed Buck was named the WCC's Male Runner of the Week following his tremendous performance finishing in third place at the 2022 Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational last Friday in South Bend.
Buck in his first year on the Hilltop has been a tremendous addition to the Dons team, as he's finished in the top three twice through USF's first three races of the season including a second place finish at the USF Invitational.Â
The Nottinghamshire, England native has made a seamless transition from competing in the UK to racing at the NCAA level while also propelling the Dons men's program to new heights in 2022.
USF's men's and women's teams will be back competing in the City this weekend as they will compete this Friday at the SF State Invitational in Golden Gate Park.Â
