SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- It's been a strong athletic and academic year for the USF Dons indoor track team as the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation honored 15 current USF indoor track athletes as selections for the 2022 Women's Indoor Track and Field All-Academic Team.
The student athletes are nominated by their institutions and the decision making process includes the following criteria:
1. 3.00 or better cumulative GPA
2. The student athletes must be at least a sophomore academically.
3. Student athletes must have completed one full academic year at the institution prior to the season for which the award is received.
4. Student athletes must have competed in 50% or more of the institution's competition during the indoor track season.
Two other WCC schools Portland and BYU also had 15 of their student athletes honored by MPSF for their academic achievements.
