TEMPE, Ariz. - Geared up and ready to go for its biggest race of the year, the University of San Francisco triathlon team is back in Tempe for this year's edition of the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championship.

DONS AT A GLANCE:

• Qualifying for nationals by finishing second overall at the West Regional on Oct. 14, Molly Elliott will lead the way for the Dons in Tempe as she is coming off her second top ten finish of the year by placing second overall at regionals.
• Notably, 2021 individual national champion Kira Gupta Baltazar while look to grab her crown back as she has finished in the top six individually in all three races for San Francisco this fall, including a fourth-place finish at the West Regional.
• In 2022, USF placed fifth overall as a team (145 points) at the USA Triathlon National Championships, which included a tenth place finish from Gupta Baltazar.
