SARATOGA/DAVIS, Calif. -- As the long offseason has come and gone, the USF Dons beach volleyball team is ready to begin their 2023 season this week as they will open the season with an exhibition match against West Valley College on Thursday, Feb. 23 before beginning their season north of the Hilltop in Davis against the UC Davis Aggies on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. from the university's beach volleyball courts. 

The Dons boast a revamped roster this season with a lot of talented freshmen student-athletes joining the fold to mix with a group of upperclassmen that competed in USF's indoor season. 

Under head beach coach Emily Cook, USF will look to build upon last season's momentum heading into the spring 2023 season with key returners Letizia Aquilino and Francesca Stanschus set to lead the way. 

USF faced off with the Aggies three times last season but came up short in each matchup as they seek to to right the ship heading into the new season.
