SANTA CLARA/BERKELEY, Calif. -- Wrapping up their 2023 regular season, the USF Dons beach volleyball team (1-22) are staying in the Bay Area this week as they head to the South Bay on Wednesday, April 12 to compete against the Santa Clara Broncos (12-10) and will be back to work across the Bay Bridge on Friday, April 14 as they will face the Cal Golden Bears (21-6) at noon before taking on the Saint Mary's Gaels (9-14) at 2:00 p.m. the same day. 
 
In the Broncos and Dons recent history, Santa Clara currently lead the tight rivalry by a 10-7 margin. Later on in the week the Dons will face off with the Golden Bears as Cal won the lone previous match between the programs. USF will look to overcome some recent history against the Gaels as the Dons last bested their East Bay conference rival during the 2016 season. 

In USF's last time out, the pairing of Rylie Reeves and Jolie Gutierrez picked up a pair of victories in the Dons' matchups with Sacramento State and Concordia-Irvine last weekend to account for both of the team's points.
