MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The University of San Francisco men's cross country team earned a 12th-place finish Friday morning, competing in the Roy Griak Invitational at Les Bolstad Golf Course.
Jacob Cann, competing in his first 8,000 meters for the Dons, led the way, crossing the finish line in 21st place out of 171 competitors with a time of 24:43.7.
Ed Buck also performed well, finishing behind Cann in 28th place with a time of 24:52.0, just under 39 seconds of matching his season best set at the USF Invitational earlier this season.
