2010 Cross Country: Finished 14th at theWest Coast Conference Championship in 25:46... ran a personal best25:17 at the San Francisco Invitational to finish 12th. 

2010 Track & Field: Competed in threemeets for the Dons...Set personal bests in the 1500m, 3000m and5000m during the season...doubled at the Cal Nevada Championshipsposting personal bests in the 1500 (3:55.51) and 5000m(14:55.77).

2009 Cross Country: Set a personal best of25:58 at the Bronco Invitational.

2009 Track & Field: Ran 4:00.55 to winhis heat at the Johnny Mathis Invitational...posted a personal bestof 15:33.24 for 5000m at the Woody Wilson Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of26:26 at the Bronco Invitational.

Prep Career: Member of North Bends 4AOregon State Cross Country Championship team...finished fourthoverall in 16:24....has personal bests of 4:10 (1500) and 9:02.5(3000).
