SAC Relays on April 15.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in six cross country meets...Placed ninth with a time of 26:02.2 at the WCC Preview, his best finish of the season…Placed 36th at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 24:34, his best time on an 8K course of the season.
2014 Track & Field: Raced once in the indoor season, turning in a mark of 8:34.69 in the 3,000 meters at the Husky Classic on Feb. 15...Competed twice at the 800 meter distance, finishing eighth at the SF State Distance Carnival with a time of 1:53.91 of April 4...Raced the 1,500 meters on six occasions for the Dons...Finished the year with a season-best of 3:52.28 at the West Coast Last Chance on May 10, good for eighth place.
2013 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets for the Dons, placing in the top 25 in three events...Turned in a season-best 8K time of 24:36.8 at the Bronco Invitational on Oct. 19, helping USF to a seventh place team finish...Clocked in with the third- and fourth-fastest 8K times of the season for the Dons...Finished the course at the Sac State Inter-Regional in 24:44 on Oct. 4, to earn 36th...Placed 25th individually at the WCC Championships on Nov. 2 with a time of 24:52, finishing as the second Don to cross the line.
