2018 Track & Field: Second-Team All-American in the 10,000 meters, finishing 10th overall at the NCAA Finals on June 6…competed in both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Championships, finishing 8th in the 10k semifinal on May 24 and 19th in the 5k semifinal on May 26…raced to a season best mark of 32:37.89 in the 10k at the NCAA Regionals…posted a regional qualifying time in her season debut in the 10,000 at the Brutus Hamilton (Apr. 28)…raced to a regional qualifying time in the 5k at the Portland Twilight (May 12), finishing second overall.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in all six races in 2017...began season with back-to-back first place finishes at the USF Invitational and Roy Griak Invitational...finished fifth at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 19:46.2...finished second in the West Coast Conference Championships with a time of 19:30.2 to earn all-conference honors...posted her season-best mark at the Regionals with a time of 19:29.06 to finish fourth to earn USTFCCCA All-West Region honors, and help the Dons to their first place team finish, the highest ever for USF...crossed the line second for the Dons at the NCAA Championships, finishing in fifth with a time of 19:34 to earn All-American status and help USF to their team runner-up finish, a program best...earned WCC All-Academic honors.

2017 Track & Field: Competed at the NCAA West Regional Preliminary Championships in the 5,000 meters, placing 21st in the semifinals on May 27 … turned in a personal best time of 9:32.03 in the 3,000 meters at the UW Indoor Invitational on Jan. 28 … raced to a then-school record of 15:59.00 and a third place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational on March 31 … rounded the track in the 1,500 meters in 4:23.55 at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 14 … stands as the second-fastest USF woman in the 5,000 meters in program history.

2016 Cross Country: Toed the line five times for the Dons, helping USF to a sixth place national finish … earned All-West Coast Conference honors after taking fifth and the league finale on Oct. 28 with a time of 21:01.8 … ran a season-best 6K mark of 20:14.4 at the NCAA West Regional on Nov. 11 to earn 26th as the Dons took third … clocked in at 20:46.6 as the third Don to cross the line at the NCAA Championships on Nov. 19, helping USF to its highest-ever NCAA finish … named to the WCC All-Academic team with a 4.0 cumulative grade-point average.

2016 Track & Field: NCAA West Preliminary Championships semifinalist in the 5,000 meters … ran a season best and NCAA regional qualifying 5,000 m time of 16:18.27 to finish sixth at the Stanford Twilight on April 22 … ran a season-best mark in the 1,500 m at the Payton Jordan Invitational on May 1, taking 10th in her heat and crossing the line in 4:25.09.

2015 Cross Country: Named the West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year and earned a spot on the All-WCC team after racing to a 5th place finish at the WCC Championships with a time of 21:17.8 ... named to the All-West Region team after finishing 8th at NCAA Regionals with a time of 20:52.7, the best time for a Don ... placed 132nd at the NCAA Championships, running the 6K race in 21:03.1 ... took 127th at Pre-Nationals on Oct. 17 with a time of 21:17.2 ... appeared at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 26, running a time of 24:00.0 to take 145th ... placed 6th at the Boise State Dual Meet, completing the course in 21:24.2 ... led the Dons in her first collegiate race at the San Francisco Invitational, finishing the 5K course in 17:55.9. 

High School/Prep/International and Personal: Finished 8th at the 2017 U23 European Cross Country Championships...finished 10th at the 2014 European Junior Cross Country Championships in 2014 ... World Cross Country Qualifier in 2015 ...
