Ralphie Ferrari

Ralphie Ferrari is in his second season back at the University of San Francisco and his eighth year in collegiate coaching, currently serving as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Dons’ men’s basketball program.

Ferrari originally joined the USF staff in the summer of 2018 as a video coordinator and later served as assistant to the head coach. During the 2021–22 season, he helped guide the Dons to a 24–8 regular-season record and their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 24 years.

Following the 2022–23 season, Ferrari spent the 2023–24 season at the University of Florida, where he served on the men’s basketball coaching staff and helped the Gators earn an NCAA Tournament berth. He returned to USF ahead of the 2024–25 season in his current role as Director of Basketball Operations.

In his position, Ferrari oversees the day-to-day operations of the program, assists with recruiting efforts, supports fundraising initiatives, and contributes to film work and overall program management.

A San Francisco native, Ferrari began his collegiate career with the Dons as a team manager during USF’s 2018 CBI Championship run. He is a 2018 graduate of the University of San Francisco, earning a degree in Communication Studies.
