PREP/CLUB CAREER: Was a standout playmaker in the midfield for FC R-W Weilheim before leaving to pursue his studies at the University of Bayreuth... A left-footed, attacking midfielder… known for ability to control the game and threaten the goal on free kicks.
 
COACH VISSER ON GAMP: "We are very pleased to announce the signing of Ludwig Gamp and with the additions of Aguilar and Kirkland gives us our third left-footed player which will improve our balance. Ludwig is a traditional attacking midfielder. He is creative and reads the game well. He will hold possession for us and will be able to feed our forwards very effectively."
