SAN FRANCISCO – Looking to continue to surge beyond .500, the University of San Francisco Diamond Dons head to Santa Clara this weekend for a three-game series with the Broncos.
The Dons have won six of seven, and 10 of their last 14 games after defeating Nevada Tuesday in Reno. USF has won its last three series, against Portland, Saint Mary's and TCU.

Bob Cruikshank has 13 doubles this season, one behind the West Coast Conference leader. The sophomore had just one double in 93 at-bats in 2012.

Zachary Turner leads the Dons with 22 RBI. Turner has homered in two of the last three games.
MOUND PRESENCE - Senior
Haden Hinkle is 6-1, with a 1.42 ERA and 34 strikeouts in 44.1 innings pitched. Hinkle leads the West Coast Conference in wins, is second in bat- ting average against (.199), and third in ERA. Hinkle dropped his first decision of the year Friday at TCU after going 6-0 to start the year. Friday's start marked his first start of the season after making 11 relief appearances to start the season.
