The 17-team field includes Alabama, Cal Poly, Colorado State, East Tennessee State, Hawaii A and B teams, Idaho, Louisville, McNeese State, Mississippi State, Pepperdine, Saint Mary's, San Diego, Alabama-Birmingham, Missouri-Kansas City, Wake Forest and USF. The field will tee off in a shot-gun start at 8:30 a.m. HT each day,

Wake Forest is the highest ranked team in the field, as the Demon Deacons check in at No. 3 in the latest Golfweek/Sagarin poll while Alabama, national champions in 2013 and '14, is ranked 15th.

Teams will play 18-holes over three days at the Princeville Makai Golf Club, which will play to a par of 72 and 7,223 yards for this event. USF finished 14th in last year's event with a 54-hole score of 883 (+19). Georgia Tech ran away from the field and won the tournament with a 55-under score of 809. Frederick Wedel of Pepperdine strung together rounds of 63, 64 and 69 to finish with a 20-under 196 to earn a three-stroke victory over Georgia Tech's Ollie Schniederjans.

The Dons are expected to start a lineup consisting of sophomore
Henry Chung, senior
Sebastian Crookall-Nixon, junior
Max Alcorn, freshman
Storm Lee and sophomore
Jalen Griffin. Crookall-Nixon was the Dons' top finisher in last year's event, tying for 39th at 1-under 215 while Alcorn finished at even par 216 to earn a share of 46th place.

USF is coming off an eighth place finish at the Alister Mackenzie Invitational, where the Dons posted a 15-under score of 837, which was the team's lowest score in two years. Alcorn was the Dons top finisher in the event with a 5-under score of 208, good for a share of 22nd place.
