Opening Tip
USF (6-4, 0-0 WCC) looks for its third win in a row when they host UC Davis (7-3, 0-0 Big West) for a 1 p.m. matinee on Wednesday afternoon at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center. The Dons are coming off a 73-67 win at Cal Poly this past Saturday to claim their first road win of the year, while the Aggies just posted their highest point total in their Division I history with a 110-78 victory over Sacramento State on Sunday.

Taylor Proctor scored a game-high 16 points for the Dons, while then-sophomore
Rachel Howard added 15. Paige Spietz hit three free throws within the final 20 seconds to ice the game. It has been a series characterized by streaks, as USF won all three meetings during the 1978-79 season. The two didn't play again until 2004 when the Dons claimed an 80-61 win at home. The Aggies won their first game of the series during the 2005-06 season and went on to win four of the next five between 2007-08 and 2011-12. The Dons are 5-1 against UC Davis at home.

USF picked up its first road win of the season with a 73-67 decision at Cal Poly this past Saturday in a back and forth game that featured six ties and 16 lead changes. Junior guard
