SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco women's soccer team had four members earn all-conference honors, as announced by the West Coast Conference on Tuesday afternoon. Senior
Miciah Madison earned first team honors, Samantha Jehings garnered second team recognition,
Olivia Camera earned honorable mention honors, and
Keely Roy was named to the freshmen team.
This is the second-consecutive year that Madison has been named First Team All-WCC. The native of Tracy, Calif., is now a four-time four time all-conference honoree. She finished the season with a team-high 28 points on nine goals and 10 assists. She finishes her career ranked in the top-10 in four categories. She is 10
th in goals (18), second in assists (24), and tied for fifth in points (50) and shots (152).
Jehnings picks up her fourth all-conference honor. For the third-consecutive year she has earned second team honors. The Dons forward finished the season with 25 points on 11 goals and three assist. After netting 11 goals this year, she is one of just two players in USF history with two seasons scoring 10 or more goals. She wraps up her career first in games played (80), second in goals (35), third in points (79), and fourth in shots (159).
For Camera, the Honorable Mention accolades is the culmination of a brilliant season. Camera finished the year with 10 wins, a career-best. She also tallied 98 saves which ranks 34
th in the nation. Nine times this season, Camera tallied five or more saves. For her career she has 276 saves, which ranks second all-time.
Keely Roy finished the year playing in 20 games making 18 starts. Her 1,474 minutes was tops among the Dons newcomers and seventh on the team. Her 13 points were good for fourth on the team: she scored four goals and dished out five assists.
USF finished the year with an 11-8-2 overall record, which is just the 10
th time in program history that the Dons have eclipsed the 10-win plateau – the third time under eighth year head coach
